I think we have to go back to segregation. David Carroll mentioned that blacks actually did better under segregation than integration because they had to fend for themselves, and this led to innovation. There was a term called "Black Wall Street" which referred to the successful businesses in the black community at the time.
Now their communities are gone, and foreigners come in and run the businesses in predominately black areas. Blacks are totally dependent on white liberals to keep the gravy train rolling, and in the end it makes things worse for everyone.
