What you're seeing isn't really Hillary Clinton being indicted for a crime, it's a civil war within the Intelligence Community. Hillary Clinton seems bulletproof to us because she's always had Intel on her side. However, she threw too many of them under the bus, and someone has decided to try and take her down.
That person may not actually have the power to do it, but she fucked up bad enough that someone in the FBI is actually willing to die trying to destroy her.
