Churches aren't exempt from the taxes that pay for roads. Those taxes are collected on the sales of fuel, and are already factored into the price at the pump.

No, but small businesses should have a similar tax status as churches. They should be allowed to thrive just as well as larger businesses while still providing back to the community, and once they reach a certain level of income they begin to get taxes regularly. A safety-shell sort of. They'll still pay taxes but at a far far lesser amount than they do now.
Also licenses for pregnancy. If you plan to get pregnant you need to go apply for a license and spend $50 minimum. It expires after 4 months.
If you don't have a license and you get pregnant that baby goes to a foster home and both you and the husband get a $15,000 fine and prison time.
There's a few problems with this idea but none are as damaging as the problems we have now and I guarantee it would pretty much wipe out niggers as a population. The only ones who would be left would be those who could afford a child and are willing to keep it.
This kind of system also insures the parents are dedicated towards it and a lot more responsible about sex. Since pretty much every birth control method is either literally free on request or $4 a month at most there would be no moral justification against it either.

If you tax churches you can tax them differently based on different factors. Therefore, the government can destroy or prop up certain churches via the tax.
For example, imagine property tax suddenly hitting the catholic church, followed by a government subsidy for every mosque that houses a few refugees. This would be government intervention drastically changing the religious demographics of the country significantly.
