What? Costa Rica is extremely similar culturally. They just have a little bit more money. It isn't until you reach Panama that the culture is different since they were a part of Colombia. Belize too if you even count them.

Which is why I said Belize after pointing out that Panama is different. Because Belize is so different from Central American countries most people classify their culture as Carribean.
