I've browsed pol almost daily since 2013, its changed my views on many things like multiculturalism, Islam and feminism. I have a hatred for almost everything the 'regressive' left stands for. They have singlehandedly destroyed the credibility of the old left.

I am still economically leftist, my exposure to pol hasn't changed that.

Why shouldn't a country help its people by giving everyone a fair chance to do well?

Is it not true that corporate greed and influence on government policy is ruining our nations and peoples lives?

Is it not true that excessive wealth inequality is damaging both economically and socially?

I am all for private enterprise but some large and important industries (energy, water) and institutions (healthcare) should be state run for the benefit of everyone and the economy. Affordable or free education should be provided to all at the expense of the super rich so that we can collectively improve our societies and not regress to 3rd world states.

Am I wrong?

>I hate the notion of equal rights for millions of minorities for 1.5+ B believers of a religion and for 50% of all people.
>but I was totally a liberal, just look at this one token liberal stance

I agree. Transportation should also be mostly publicly funded. It's fucking retarded how necessary it is to have a car in my country.

I don't hate the notion of equal right for minorities at all. Really it comes down to specific issues with that concept, like racial profiling, if evidence suggests one group does something more then police should be able to take that into account.

Again it totally depends on the specific issue

Detroit was designed to be a car city, today some people walk 20 miles to work

I'm pretty sure these "new currents" are the result of marketing schemes by the elites to control the stupid hordes of men, they are basically WOULD YOU THINK OF THE CHILDREN!!!! 2.0

For sure, the new obsession with feminism in movies right now like Zootopia and Star Wars is conveniently timed with the upcoming election.

Has democratic national socialism ever been tried?
>>

It wasn't, actually. There used to be streetcars.

To answer your main question. It's something I struggle with as well. The main conclusion I've come to is that there needs to be some barrier between the state and the people. Distance as settles on frontiers have, another institution that the Church used to hold, businesses which keep the people from relying on the government, community groups. These generally do not exist anymore. Businesses are tied to the government, the frontier is gone, the Church has no power, communities are dead thanks to multiculturalism. It allows for a powerful one state, one party solution that Jewish Communists desire.

I do not know of an alternative.

The national socialist party in germany didn't force its way to power.

I agree with you anon

part of the reason Hitler was given a position of power was because the existing government didn't have the support Hitler did, so they took him on in an attempt to get popular.

Then von Hindenburg died and Hitler unleashed his raw fury.

who is the guy in the picture ?
>>
>>69514465
Of course you're wrong. You're wrong because it's not possible for monolithic government forces to run business better than businesses can run themselves so long as there is meaningful competition forcing them to provide better goods and services to consumers.

For example, look at USSR healthcare in the 1980s and compare it to that of the United States. Sure, the Soviets provided it for free. But it basically amounted to things like different colored lights shone on your body to cure cancer. That's what happens with your leftist system. If you want to "give everyone a fair chance to do well," you must remove as many government restrictions as possible and let people compete.

You do realize "the old left" essentially becomes conservatism after years past. In the future when marriage is up for family members and pets, the conservative will argue marriage is between two unrelated humans.
