Caring about polls for primaries during the primaries, isn't the same thing as caring about general election polls before Trump is even nominated.
A "head to head" poll this early is going to be marred by people who are going to say no purely because they still hold out hope for their actual candidate. If you ask a Cruz or Berniefag who they think is going to win between Hillary and Trump, chances are that head to head will not be accurate.
Ask that same former Cruzfag after Trump is nominated, or that same Berniefag after Hillary is, and you get entirely different results.
Not to mention Trump hasn't even begun to seriously attack her yet, because he's focused on Lyin Ted.
