I talked a taxi driver once.
His cousin was in a home restaurant in Sonora, when suddenly, two tall black suited individuals came in and were like "Gentlemen, we have a very special guest tonight. Please lend us your cellphones and we'll give them back later."

And there he was, El Chapo.
He paid for everyone's dinner, talked to people, and took selfies with people.

After he left, everyone got their cellphone back.
