Errr... no. This is plain wrong. How can he not even consider that everything is encrypted?
It is exactly this encryption key, and the way it is derived, that the FBI wants Apple to give them.
The step he is described isnt a problem, its reading the garbage that you get from it.

Look at the third link, ABSOLUTE MADMAN
NTH FOR UNINSTALL THE SYSTEM
>>69478075
the real issue is the password. The question is whether or not the input from the keypad itself is encrypted. The phone needs to reach a certain state in its boot before it begin encrypting / decrypting info
>>69478894
The phone needs to begin encrypting/decryption in order to read the rest of its boot procedure.
Its one of the first things that happen, way before the password.
This guy seems a little crazy...or may be eccentric, since he's rich.

McAfee is great but he can never win with the dirt he has, it turns off too many people.

Those are lies by the media, btw nice trips.
What's his immigration policy? Libertarians and republicans are self destructive by being pro-amnesty or (in the republican case) pro-life. Those immigrants they bring in, those babies they save, will NOT vote for them. They support policies that will kill their own parties and put the democrats in power. I don't intend to support anyone weak on immigration, am a hardcore paleoconservative but I support Trump and Hillary because they're the only ones who actually operate in their own interests.
Hoping McAfee is better than Gary Johnson on immigration.
Also, he should have gone with the Cyber Party platform instead of joining a party that has no idea what they are doing

>Building a wall does nothing to increase our National Security.
>Terrorists determined to enter the country will do so, no matter how much we attempt to secure our borders. The key to reducing terrorism is reducing our interference in the affairs of other nations.
>Our borders should be opened, and the money now spent on patrolling them should be spent on creating a documentation process and an education system for immigrants. We must also realize we cannot have open borders and at the same time maintain the current level of our entitlement system.
>There are millions of people who want to immigrate to the US, most of which want to do so legally. That said, there are simply so many barriers in the way of legal immigration that it is often infinitely easier to immigrate illegally.
>A McAfee administration would look to make immigration a much easier process. That does not, however, mean rubber stamping every immigration form that comes in. The process can be made more efficient and streamlined, but there must still be conditions that must be met.
>America is a nation of immigrants. With common sense solutions, and an end to entitlement programs that encourage unproductivity, immigration can once again be seen as an asset rather than a xenophobic, “rally-round-the-flag” issue.

>immigration is an asset
This is why I will never vote libertarian
>>69482818
Yeah, once they create a libertarian paradise, those immigrants will just vote democrat and destroy that paradise. The only people who have a reason to support immigration are democrats. I'd rather a libertarian drift from a single party platform to establish a libertarian state than have a democrat state which aligns with ZERO libertarian platforms.
He's 70 years old? Damn.

>Building a wall does nothing to increase our National Security.
Libertarians Demon-rats actually believe this.
If that is the case then locking your doors does nothing to prevent break ins. You should sleep with your doors unlocked and open. In fact, just sleep outside under the stars since walls do nothing.

They work for the programmer
The McAfee man
How do you get the instruction set?
does ARM ect. not have code protection like Microchip's PIC devices, or can code protection be circumvented easily?
Please answer.
McAfee picks a bullet off the floor and fixes me with a wide-eyed, manic intensity, his light blue eyes sparkling. “This is a bullet, right?” he says in the congenial Southern accent that has stuck with him since his boyhood in Virginia.
“Let’s put the gun down,” I tell him. I’d come here to investigate why the government of Belize was accusing him of assembling a private army and entering the drug trade. It seemed implausible that a wildly successful tech entrepreneur would disappear into the Central American jungle and become a narco-trafficker. Now I’m not so sure.
But he explains that the accusations are a fabrication. “Maybe what happened didn’t actually happen,” he says, staring hard at me. “Can I do a demonstration?”
He loads the bullet into the gleaming silver revolver and spins the cylinder.
“This scares you, right?” he says. Then he puts the gun to his head.
My heart rate kicks up; it takes me a second to respond. “Yeah, I’m scared,” I admit.
“We don’t have to do this.”
“I know we don’t,” he says, the muzzle pressed against his temple. And then he pulls the trigger. Nothing happens. He pulls it five times in rapid succession. There are only six chambers.
“Reholster the gun,” I demand.
He keeps his eyes fixed on me and pulls the trigger a sixth time. Still nothing. With the gun still to his head, he starts pulling the trigger incessantly. “I can do this all day long,” he says to the sound of the hammer clicking. “I can do this a thousand times. Ten thousand times. Nothing will ever happen. Why? Because you have missed something. You are operating on an assumption about reality that is wrong.”
