FBI says if they conclude Hillary Clinton either "intentionally compromised or was negligent in her handling of classified material", they WILL indict her.

/POL/ WILL SHE BE INDICTED?
>>
>>69472278
please define "intentionally" and please define "compromised".

Of course she won't be indicted.
>>
Hillary will get away with everything and will be the next POTUS.
That's already decided.
>>
>>69472278
I really, really want her to be publicly crucified, but I know, intellectually, that my justice boner is going to go unwanked. The kikes have too much to lose from this, and I find it unlikely that the rest of the system would suddenly grow some balls.
>>
>>69474166
I mean, maybe it will be enough to drop the whole president thing, but nothing is going to happen to her. It will just quietly be dropped, and maybe we'll get a "leak" about it a few years later.
>>
>>69472278
All I know is we'll find out just how independent the FBI really is. It's very clear that she broke the law.

>"Nothing"

This is ruled out by her incredible stupidity. The server and its content are prima facie violations of the Espionage Act, and they are in public and not in dispute. Her wandering stories make it even worse, because some of those bald faced lies were under oath, putting perjury on the table as well.

>minor misdemeanor charge

How this fails to wreck her campaign is beyond me. But Comey investigated her with the Whitewater commission 20 years ago and found her to have a habit of criminal mis-handling of documents and lying about it. He hasn't allowed his top CI unit to spend a year on this for a wrist slap.

>Lynch slow walks the charge sheet recommendation.

This is exactly why every national security case is overseen by an independent federal judge who has both power to issue warrants and subpoenas. Comey will refer to him if Lynch buries it.

>Pardon

She has to be convicted first. That won't happen before Jan 20th 2017.

>Presidential intervention

Political kiss of death. Would love it.

She's toast, and shills are whistling past the grave yard.
>>
well since all her emails are on fucking wikileaks I think its a given she was negligent.

Not only that, but it's prima facie evidence of
>carelessly or negligently handling classified information

It doesn't even have to be intentional (which it was here, in this case) but only negligently.

If they don't at least get her on negligence, (even though that alone would be a cop-out, it would be something) then we know for sure the FBI has been politicized. Nation of men, not of laws and all that.

Think of it this way: Politics is a lot like pro wrestling. Winners and losers are predetermined. It's all a show. Trump is being booked as the big bad heel. Hillary is being booked as the classic face that overcomes all odds and triumphs over the bad guy. Hillary is booked to win.

The FBI really needs to.

Knowingly and willfully.
Her 'basement server' compromised the entire governments secure comm system - SIPRNET.

And this goes back to when she was the worst lady as well.
>Carelessly handle classified way back then.
>She's got no respect for the government's information security programs.

Worse comes to worse, she'll just receive a presidential pardon from Obama before he leaves office.

There's zero chances of her ever being punished for her crimes.
>>
>>69472278

>>

Are you posting from a cave somewhere beneath Kentucky?

>>
It's do or die time for the FBI. They either have to charge Clinton or let the issue go. If they bring up the issue after Hillary's nomination then there won't be a realistic substitute candidate. If they fuck up bringing charges forward, then it will likely be the end of several FBI careers (i.e. Hillary is charged but is found not guilty).

>>69476181
That bridge is burned. Clintons are already bashing Obama.
http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/mar/30/monica-crowley-the-clintons-sense-a-breakdown/
>Something has happened, which has led Mr. Clinton to openly slam Mr. Obama: ” If you believe we’ve finally come to the point where we can put the awful legacy of the last eight years behind us ” he said recently. A few days later, Chelsea Clinton launched a broadside on Obamacare’s costs. A classic Clintonian one-two punch, coming just days before a report that the FBI is seeking interviews with Mrs. Clinton’s top aides, and likely Mrs. Clinton herself. Most investigations interview the target last.
>>
>>69472278
They can't even touch her. Some lackey of her will take the wall, sentenced to 12 years in prison and will be released in 8 with a fat bank account.
The top 1% of 1% never take the fall, history is witness.
>>
>>69475389
Except for the 22 that are so top secret the US public will never be allowed to see them. and the 30,000 she thought were deleted, but which the FBI recovered.

This is going to be the shortest interview ever:

Comey: [drops page on table] We have this. No one outside this room ever needs to see it.

Clinton [glances at page. Doesn't even need to read it.] What do you want?

Comey: drop out. go home.

Clinton: [walks out fuming]

She'll be arrogant enough to try to soldier on, but a mysterious health problem will force her to regrettably drop out for the good of the party.
>>
>>69476181
Don't see Obama pardoning her, the two despise each other. Plus he already threw her under the bus once during the Benghazi scandal, I don't see why he wouldn't do it again.

>/POL/ WILL SHE BE INDICTED?
I honestly think it's why she's running and attempting to become president, so she can avoid punishment or make it the biggest fit of kicking-and-screaming possible.

> can't indict one of only two options for the democrat party, that'd be making the FBI look like they forced Bernie to be the only choice -- not very "democratic"
> indict the first female president would be a massive historical smear if not handled right -- the vice president could? be handed a presidency from the start of the term... and no one elects that mother fucker, if i remember right.

> implying she'll lose

Each way you slice it, it's still shit pie.
>>

>>
>>69476056
Perfectly said.

We can all support and vote for whoever we want, but none of that matters in the end.
>>
>>69476449
If they don't pursue charges, will it set a precedent that makes it more difficult go after this kind of shit in the future? Seems like this fiasco could turn the very concept of classified materials into a joke that no politician will ever take seriously moving forward.
>>
>>69476856
She could demand a speedy trial and plead guilty/nolo contendere but that would be subject to Obama willing to give said pardon (doubtful). It would also absolutely tarnish the family legacy and kill any future political aspirations she had. For this reason, I sincerely doubt it happens.

http://www.mediaite.com/online/ajams-shuster-exclusive-hillary-clinton-to-be-interviewed-by-fbi-director-comey-in-mere-days
>Al Jazeera America may be shutting off the lights permanently soon, but that doesn’t mean reporters like David Shuster aren’t continuing to go about their business until the final gun sounds.
>Wednesday night, Shuster just reported on the 7:00 PM EST AJAM nightly newscast that the FBI has completed its examination of Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton‘s private email server after an investigation lasting nearly one year. The former Fox News and MSNBC reporter states investigators are nearing a verdict whether to seek criminal charges against the Former Secretary of State, Senator and First Lady.
>While Hillary Clinton fights for the Democratic presidential nomination, law enforcement officials tell Al Jazeera America the Federal Investigation into her personal email system while she was Secretary of State has reached a critical stage.
>The FBI, led by Director James Comey, has now finished examining Clinton’s private emails and home server. And the sources add that Comey’s FBI team has been joined by the Justice Department prosecutors. Together, they are now examining the evidence, analyzing relevant laws, and attempting to arrange interviews with key figures in the investigation.
>Those interviews, according to attorneys, will include former State Department aides Philippe Reines, Former Clinton Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, and Clinton herself.
>Soon after those interviews — in the next few days and weeks — officials expect Director Comey to make his recommendation to Attorney General Loretta Lynch about potential criminal charges

This is not the first time that the current FBI director has dealt with Hillary.
>Comey’s first brush with them came when Bill Clinton was president. Looking to get back into government after a stint in private practice, Comey signed on as deputy special counsel to the Senate Whitewater Committee. In 1996, after months of work, Comey came to some damning conclusions: Hillary Clinton was personally involved in mishandling documents and had ordered others to block investigators as they pursued their case. Worse, her behavior fit into a pattern of concealment: she and her husband had tried to hide their roles in two other matters under investigation by law enforcement. Taken together, the interference by White House officials, which included destruction of documents, amounted to “far more than just aggressive lawyering or political naiveté,” Comey and his fellow investigators concluded. It constituted “a highly improper pattern of deliberate misconduct.”

Nor is it the first time that he used testimony/interviews to force people out.
>May 2007, Comey had left government, and Gonzales, who had replaced John Ashcroft atop the Justice Department, was clinging to his job amid unrelated scandals. Comey surprised the top Democratic staffer on the Senate Judiciary Committee by agreeing to make public the details of the Stellar Wind confrontation for the first time in compelling open testimony. The hearing was designed to force Gonzales out, and ultimately it worked. Comey’s testimony led to the discovery by White House lawyers that Gonzales had improperly stored classified notes on Stellar Wind, which in turn led to his resignation that August, according to top Bush White House officials. Comey and Gonzales both declined to comment on the matter.

https://www.venafi.com/blog/post/what-venafi-trustnet-tells-us-about-the-clinton-email-server
>Clintonemail.com operated for 3 months without a digital certificate. This means that during the first 3 months of Secretary Clinton’s term in office, web browser, smartphone, and tablet communications would not have been encrypted. Attackers could have eavesdropped on communications. As well, the server would not have been uniquely identified as being clintonemail.com and therefore could have been spoofed – allowing attackers to more easily trick an unsuspecting user of the site to hand over their username and password or other sensitive information.
This among other things. Windows Server is not really a great pick for hardening against attacks unless you have a robust testing and patching/security infrastructure, which individual server owners do not have.

The FBI will move to indict Hillary Clinton. This is a fact. The FBI just doesn't task hundreds of agents on something that is "no big deal". We haven't heard shit from the FBI, because the FBI does not comment on active criminal investigations. There are numerous emails withheld from what was released to the public because they are Top Secret. She did wrong.

Loretta Lynch will not alienate the Democratic voterbase by not prosecuting. Moderate voters will backlash and support the Republicans if she doesn't prosecute, and that would be enough to turn the election.

Obama will not pardon Hillary. Hillary tried her best to burn Obama and bury him in the ground during the 2008 primaries. He hasn't forgotten that. He won't categorize himself like Nixon/Ford because he wants to build a name for himself.

All the backroom Democrats are doing right now is making sure she gets the nomination, so she can declare a VP and have him become the frontrunner when she's hauled away in handcuffs. They don't want to go at her early and hand the nomination to non-establishment Cuckie Sanders.

They don't need to prove that it was compromised, they have to assume it was compromised. If someone compromised US Intel, they would do everything in their power to make sure nobody knows it was compromised. Her email server had been attacked by hackers multiple times. Any Intel in those emails is assumed compromised, meaning any operations pertaining to those emails need to be scrapped. Lives could have already been lost as a result of her unsecured server since it took many months to figure out what classified information may have been compromised.
Also, Clinton has already pleaded negligence in congressional hearings, meaning she has already testified to breaking the law.

If Loretta Lynch does not pursue one of the most detailed and in-depth FBI recommendations, her legal career is D O N E.

Furthermore, whoever the next president is (assuming its not Hillary) CAN and most likely WILL press the indictment with their AG appointment, because they don't want to have this tarnishing their re-election.

If Obama decides to pardon an indictment, his legacy is now "Ford 2.0" and "the guy who pardoned a criminal so she could try to get elected". He won't do that, he has no incentive to and these two do not like each other.

That won't be the narrative. Maybe you have been watching a little too much TELE9 cuckovision? That is not conducive to an election environment.

The liberal media wants to spin a Democrat to get elected. Your narrative would literally crush the DNCs credibility and hand the election to Republicans.

With that statement, and the laws and what we already know is fact..without knowing about the classified emails specifically or recovered deleted emails.. She should by indicted for multiple crimes including felonies.

Should vs will be though...

Assuming no corruption, she'd be indicted. She might be pardoned, but it wouldn't matter since her campaign would be finished.

I'm being overly optimistic, so I'd say 40%.

The FBI probe is ongoing, criminal investigation. Some staff given immunity. Clinton is supposed to get interviewed.

>if clinton was found guilty
Too hard to say, but there's a decent shot if they actually bother to press charges. It'd likely end her political career, guilty or not. (They won't press charges unless they think they can win).
>>
>>69481994
>Is there an actual criminal investigation or something like that going on?
Yes.

She'd go to federal prison, since it's multiple federal crimes she's being investigated of.

Slim, the rule of law doesn't apply at the level Clinton is. There are people who are simply above the law.
>>
>>69482121
The interview will be FOIA'd also for sure.

I dont think it will be public like the congressional ones. Probably will take a while to figure out how many crimes honestly. Should be multiple charges, PER email, and then the server itself etc.

I doubt it but imagine if they found treason and we get to see her hanged like Hussein. One can dream.
>>
>>69472278

>"There are currently about 12 FBI agents working full-time on the case," says the source, who would only speak anonymously about an open investigation.
>"147 was such a ridiculous number," said the source, adding that 50 also sounded unrealistic for this kind of inquiry. "You need an act of terrorism to get 50 agents working on something," said the former FBI official

Yeah, he has a shit name, to us, but in the Democratic elite circles, he is trying to build up his own "legacy".

He would gladly kill the Clinton's entrenchment in the DNC and swoop up influence for himself. He won't become "Ford 2.0" to save a candidate that tried to burn him and everything he was about in the 2008 primaries.

The same thing will happen to Hillary that happened to Sarah Palin when she was found using private email system for govt emails.

>Nothing
>>
>>69482458
Even so, a more realistic figure would be man-hours. If you have 100 agents spending a third of their time doing this shit, say 33 full time equivalent resources.

There's some interesting shit here but I'm not sure I trust the source:
https://www.newsmax.com/AndrewNapolitano/FBI-BlackBerry-Comey-Emails/2016/03/31/id/721605/
>The exception is Bryan Pagliano, the one member of Clinton's inner circle who, with either a written promise of non-prosecution or an order of immunity from a federal judge, began to cooperate with federal prosecutors last fall.
>Here is what he told the feds.
>Pagliano has explained to federal prosecutors the who, what, when, how, and why he migrated an open State Department email stream and a secret State Department email stream from government computers to Clinton's secret server in her home in Chappaqua, N.Y.
>He has told them that Clinton paid him $5,000 to commit that likely criminal activity.
>He has also told some of the 147 FBI agents assigned to this case that Clinton herself was repeatedly told by her own State Department information technology experts and their colleagues at the National Security Agency that her persistent use of her off-the-shelf BlackBerry was neither an effective nor an acceptable means of receiving, transmitting or safeguarding state secrets.

Good way to prove intent on Hillary's part for sure...

That is what they're getting Hillary on.
>>
>>69483127
No, she is not above the law. The german cuckold doesn't know shit about what he is talking about.

It appears that nothing is happening because it's an ******ONGOING INVESTIGATION******. The FBI won't leak a word of what is going on for fear of tarnishing the case with procedural errors and having it thrown out on technicalities.
>>
>>69472278
The repubs want her president so they can blackmail her with an impeachment and conviction of this very serious crime.

So no she wont be indicted. She will be made president with the Rep blessing, and she will do what she is told by a rep controlled congress or else.

The reps are playing the long-power game. And they have been winning most of the time since the 90s. Letting Obama win was on purpose. This was a strategic way of winning back the congress after a setback in 2006 (of course this is at the cost of completely alienating their voter-base but they are entrenched so they really do not have to focus on issues like the dems do.)

At this rate, if the Reps can survive the heavy seige by trump, purposefully lose the election (why they REALLY don't want trump. he might win and fuck everything up) by a small margin, and retain most of their seats in congress, the rest of this century will be heavily influenced in their favor.

They will walk into the next presidency with a RINO like Paul Ryan, and the house will be flooded with even more Republicans than the 2010 election.

Obama really pissed people off. Hillary will be so much more repulsive than even he was. She's driving millions into the hands of the Republican party.

>Noting the irony, it appears Clinton was tracking with Palin who kept a state email account and then also created a Yahoo personal account, warning friends to use the latter, lest their correspondence became public record, the Post wrote.
>"My NEW personal/private/confidential account will now be: [email protected] All other people will be emailing me through the state system at [email protected] and that is NOT a confidential/private account so — warning — everyone and their mother will be able to read emails that arrive via that state address,” Palin wrote while governor.

Hillary sent everything, related to her work or not, to her private clintonemail account.
Palin merely told people to send private/personal emails to her yahoo account.

Hillary had many confidential emails on her private account, while the same is not true of Palin:

Trump won't even get the nomination.

It's going to a brokered convention where Cruz will be elected and the RNC will say that they stand against Trump's "rhetoric" and that he's unelectable.

Then Cruz will continue to speak like a preacher and beat out Hillary.

The presidency works in cycles. It's usually republican democrat republican democrat. In that order. You may have someone who messes that up from time from time, but that's generally how the majority votes.

That's the main reason why you had fifty people try and run to be the republican candidate. The majority will vote republican this year. That's already obvious from the huge Republican primary turnouts compared to the Democratic turnouts.

Rato will be our next president.

Its the law. At the end of the day it has to matter, it's ALL that matters. There's no reason for anyone with a clearance not to leak every bit of information they have if the top is allowed to. There's no reason for state secrets not to be sold. There's no reason for any of us to follow any laws if they're only meant to apply to us at the bottom. This is inviting anarchy in the worst way possible.
Its mind boggling, especially with how much the public already knows about it.
