I live a short distance west of Holyrood and the majority of non-native people I see are either Chinese or English students, few other Chinese (the community is strong here), very rarely any blacks and very rarely any arabs. I've visited London a couple of times and that's completely different, number of coloured folk is maybe ~20-30x higher, if memory serves. Been to Glasgow twice and don't really remember it.
