I do accept Southern Portugal has 5-10% moor admixture, but Northern Portugal IS white and has never been under moor dominion.
Furthermore, the modern Portuguese is not a descendent of the tribes that were here before. Most Portuguese people are from the Basque country, and most northern Portuguese people are a mix between people from the Basque country, the Suebi (Galicia), and the French.
