There may have been an investigation but I very much doubt it would ever lead to a conviction. The law only covers drug use, in her case it would be "internal possession", and that rarely ever results in any worthwhile consequences. Honestly every pro athlete today is using steroids and other drugs.
If you read about sport you should know this by now. The difference is how well they can hide it and what drugs that aren't banned but have enhancing effects they can use before a ban.
Keeping drugs out of sport is a hypocritical endeavour when everyone hails the people who juice and produce record breaking performance.
