>Wasting money to get two water fountains

In practice you can only pick one?
nothing assuming the water coming out of the fountain was the same quality.
Idk for certain but in school we learned that coloreds had warm, shitty water. Im guessing this wasn't the case however for how close they are located to each other.

Disproportionate tax contribution and amount of the population.

Why?
If White society worked harder and could afford better water, but Black society did not work as hard and thus couldn't, why should White society be forced to give some of their resources to Black society?
>>69404543
That is one classy nigress HNNNGGGG they don't make em like that anymore :(.
Also I wish we could have public water fountains over here, fucking chavs and Pakis ruin everything

Same society different communities. Plus it's everyone's water, not just whites.
The argument in the Court case basically stated that the very act of classifying some peoples off from the main group was implicitly unequal, and thus separate but equal was an oxymoron, and could not be held up as a principle of law.

Because instead of giving blacks equal schools and such, we gave them crappy ones. Because we have them crappy ones people blame that on them being crappy. If we actually gave them equal things people would have watched as they destroyed it themselves and it would have been clear why black people are different than all other races

And thus the bastardization that is the modern day 14th amendment was made.
