What I'm saying is I've looked at some autistically dedicated people's request history and if they ask for something that's legit but unflattering, they often manage to get the information if its refused.
It just has to be in a niche where it's not 'what are the trident codes' or 'how big is the PM's cock' and they can't reasonably say they don't have the information or it will take too long to get it.
If it is a reasonable request, which makes the particular department you are requesting it from look bad, that's rejected under 'too long/too much money/vexatious' you can take the appeal higher and cause a fuss until you get it.
