Good thing our insides function on an entirely different branch of chemistry than the stuff you see in that video and that, instead of being coated with iron and iron oxide our stomachs and digestive tracts are coated with mucus and acids as well as many enzymes specialised for digesting the chemicals that are in that bottle and that our own stomach acid is stronger to begin with.

I'm no doctor but I'm pretty sure your stomach is filled with powerful acids to break things down, as well as a layer of mucous or something similar to protect your stomach lining from the previously mentioned acids.

It's pretty simple chemistry. If you were made out of iron you might have to worry, otherwise you are fine. The pH of your stomach is already lower than that of coke and you can still eat a lot more acidic stuff and be fine
