I think most weed smokers are degenerate, but I know many masters in my college who smoke weed and ace the shit out of every test. It really depends. Uni isn't as "good" as everyone says. But it's the skills, and education you learn that will help you get a job. Don't go in thinking the degree allows you a free pass into x industry. You have to have skills and offer something of value to the employer if you want them to pay you well.
For example in Computer Science, my degree will help yes but the skills I learned are far more important. I can save many companies a lot of money by improving their databases for example. Think of whatever you are studying and how you can apply it to an actual job, and think what type of incentive someone has to pay you for it.

This is an issue that's been bugging me for a while, I'm unsure.
The problem with weed is that you don't get hungover, so it easily becomes a habit. I'm okay with pot smokers as long as they keep it to a minimum, weekends only and in good company while relaxing.
I absolutely loathe daily weed smokers. They do nothing but talk about weed and incorporate smoking into everything. Example; naming your fifa game team and it's members with weed-related names and thinking it's funny, putting weed-related posters up your walls etc.
The non-stop talking about weed is the worst though. Even worse are the fucking faggots who talk loudly about the stuff in public places. I try to have a good conversation about normal stuff, but they keep drifting it to weed. Example:
