Waited tables for a couple years in college. Pretty good money because it was a mostly white town, but I shit you not I can barely count on two hands the number of times I got tipped at a black table. Out of hundreds. Even the most "upstanding ones". Then they would come in again and wonder why they would get poor service.

/pol/ memes aside, people do realize that the wedge between blacks and whites also is influenced a lot by their shitty ghetto culture and poverty. Even if we accept the idea that there are racial differences, we're still talking about minimal differences.
So for example, you take a white kid and a black kid who grew up in exact similar conditions (level of education, good parenting, good amount of money etc) and it's very probable that the white kid will beat the black kid in school grades. But that only means that the white kid will get straight A+ while the black kid gets an A- or B+. It's still okay even if that happens.
The problem with blacks is enhanced by living in shitty conditions and being shitty parents or not being able to stop what's going on. So that's why blacks who made it donate to their own more, because they know how it is and they're trying to help and do something about it. So you take a white kid with a decent family and a black kid who grew up in the hood and only had a druggie mother, then the white kid gets A and the black kid drops out because he's too busy slinging crack.

Wrong. Black donations are often to causes that affects other blacks. In a way, it's their way of hedging their bets and perhaps planning for the future, as they may have to take advantage of "programs" by those charities in the future. Therefore, it's not really charity.
Charity is something that you'll get little to no return on. A white man donating to a charity that helps some animal species from going extinct is more of a charity than a black man donating to a charity that helps other blacks get funding for legal fees.
And as mentioned, donations of blacks tend to focus on black-related charities. White donations tend to have a much larger scope, sometimes with a global impact. You'd see more whites donate to help Africans than blacks do. You'd also see more whites donate to cancer research, which affects all walks of life, globally.
Not to mention that most domestic and global social work are done by whites, often as volunteers. You'd see more whites volunteer to help Africans than blacks.
In short, black donations and help are often selfish. But you all know that. Selfishness and laziness are part of a black man's nature.
