Well, to be fair, what Cruz was trying to do was outright slimy. Take Louisiana, for example. Trump won popular vote, but Cruz had more delegates due to him coming back and sweeping up Rubio's delegates. That isn't right.

I think its a bit of both. Jeb was low energy way before Trump got involved, its just he got fucked up and bullied the fuck out the minute he joined. Christie suicide bombing Rubot was incredibly fortunate for Trump as nobody could see him as a normal person afterwards. Carson was just kinda there and he went away gracefully, never started shit with anyone. Kasich is still in which is sort of good because chances are he's taking more votes from Rato than the Don. And then finally we have Raf the Rat who's now had sexual suspicions drawn on him because of the NE. If they're true, its only a matter of time, if not, well then not much can change that.
The main obstacle is Hillary. She has enough skeletons to fill a mass grave in her closet, once resources are thrown at discrediting her, and if (and this is a big if because people are fucking retarded) people are willing to listen, she's going to get fucked up in ways unimaginable. The fact that all of his remaining opponents have dirty hands is an incredible stroke of luck.
