I know a personal experience of a friend this has happened to and he is still in prison today 6 years later.
The young women (about 24) who accused him (he was 22, yes the man was younger) was known (unfortunately not by him until after) as a self proclaimed radical feminist. She often went up to Oxford to attend feminist protests and she has made several sexual assault complaints to,the police before. All this my friend did not know.
Anyway at a house party one day where loads of people where there, she started talking to him. After talking and drinking a bit, She kept on his lap like a bunny and started girating her ass against his crotch in front of everyone while laughing like it's all some good fun. They then kissed a bit and the party see,ed to be going well.
They went upstairs after a while of her working his arousal up.
They came back down after a hour or so, she stayed happily for another half hour and said bye to her friends no problem seen.
Next day, her boyfriend called her and said that he was told she was with another man last night (from one of his friends at the party who saw her). She said she said no and that she was raped and that she was just sobering up so she could go to the police.
She went to the police and reported it.
The white male privilege of the man she girating against and willingly went upstairs to duck and then came down stairs with a gleaming smile after did not seem to help him much. She has no proof of rape and there was every proof that she gave consent.
The judge ruled against my friend.
7 years in prison.
