Imo she deserves being fired because
1. She is way less intelligent
2. Her job is to teach and be role models for young children so if she gets found out, it will affect them whereas

If the TA was working at a private/christen elementary or middle school then they had every right to fire her for being a negative role model..
If it was a public school it was probably related to moral standards. All SJW bantz aside, women are held to a higher standard of appearance in public then men in most(but not all) parts of the US and world.
