we already do. A lot of conservatives support vouchers where you would essentially be able to go to any public school thus letting them compete in a sense. Lefties don't want it because "thats raycis" and they know nigs will all end up in one school whereas the intelligent people who want to learn and get good grades and few blacks who actually want to do something with heir lives will end up in another.
