if you're between 18 - 25 your vote should count for less than 25-65 because you're still inexperienced. Voting should stop past 65 because older people shouldn't decide about things that won't affect them in the long run cause they'll be dead.
A STEM degree should count for more than any other field. An arts degree should not count for anything.
Also, people's income and wealth should be taken into consideration and their voting power should be modified to reflect their social class's presence in society. People who belong in the upper middle class and are outnumbered by poorer classes should have their voting power elevated so that as a group they have the same votes as any other class.
That's a better way for democracy to work and at the same time not exclude anyone from the process
