For one, bruises of that nature aren't focused on the fingertips and instead there would be bruising also from the palm and thumb.
Second is the fact that it's on her forearm, not upper.
Third is that they're facing the info rectangular way in an incorrect pattern. The bruises she's showing off are from someone grabbing her arm standing from behind her or directly to her left. The images show that Lewandowski is to her front, and placement of her bruises would be on the back of her arm if they were to appear, not that close to the edge.
