I'm actually lactose intolerant, even by doctors standards.
Just a tea spoon of coffee creamer and my gut acts like I drank bleach. It's horrific, some products can be lactose free thankfully but literally everything has cheese or milk. I break out in acne, get not just the shits but I also pass gas for a solid hour. It's better I avoid it entirely and get my protein from eggs.
