If you're in a legal relationship with a woman and haven't signed a prenup, what where you thinking?
Right before me and my partner moved in together we signed a big one, concerning things like:
In case of a divorce the assets get divided up according to income; and no ongoing compensation/help will go to the partner after the divorce.
In case of a divorce the current housing will be shared, with no third parties allowed in unless given oral/written permission from the other party, until new living arrangements can be found. This transitionary period will be a maximum of 4 months whereupon the legal owner of the housing gets to kick the other person out (I own our apartment).
If a child gets conceived(willingly or accidentally) during this period both parts has a right to deny support of the baby BEFORE 3 months. (Which get set up for adoption or gets aborted depending on what my fiancee wants). If the pregnancy is hidden this period is extended until the partner(me) gets to know about it.
Any children will be tested for paternity pre or post birth.
The child will be screened pre-birth for genetic defects, and if any is found refer to the last point. (Again this period is extended until the test is done rather than the first 3 months).
In the case that one part of the partnership is unfaithful (as in physical aspects, i.e sex of any kind or kissing) the other partner has a right to kick the other person out immediately and stop supporting any children already born.

Its not that hard in Sweden actually. If the parents have an agreement its not hard, even my parents had one that made it so that when i stopped seeing my dad he didn't have to pay any support.
I actually have a lot of assests/trusts and my girlfriend reinforced that she would never cheat on me or other wise compromise the sanctity of marriage. (If I were to propose)
