As for China, Chinese-America relations will be the most important in the coming decades. Historically, when a country is emerging as a global power, it will step on the toes of the reigning global power. Germany and Britain in the 1900s is a relationship that comes to mind. We know that the relationship between Germany and Britain ended up in war, and historically, one can make the argument that the US and China will lead to war. Even though there are those who argue that "a war between China and US would be disastrous for both countries, therefore, war will never happen", take note that this could be said for WWI as well. It is not impossible for the US and China to go to war. Henry Kissinger has said in one of his interviews that the path to war between China and US could arise if they sense weakness in the American position. If they sense weakness, China will be tempted to influence American geopolitical interests in Asia and perhaps the Middle East which will lead to the US to act in desperation. Kissinger also says that the way to maintain the balance of power between China and the US, is if America is able to discourage Chinese aggression by maintain American geopolitical strength in strategic areas (ME and Asia).

It's hard to say where china will be in 10-15 years (e.g. will it even exist as a nation or will it balakanise), but you can probably expect communism to be replaced by defacto corporate rule thinly masquerading as some for of democracy at some point soon.
India is going nowhere fast unless they completely change their culture. The level of corruption and class/racial prejudice present in their society has already ruined their industrialization and will continue to murder their economy and development as they transition into a post industrial economy.
