Hispanics total, at least 16.6% of the total offenders. Those are included in White in the portion he showed.
Whites commit 52.3%, and that's still bogus because it's a generalization. Hispanics, at least, 25% of the murders attributed to whites.
All of these are "at least" because some places don't include that information in their reporting. It's noted in the asterisks to chart he also cropped out.
According to the FBI, the murder rate is 2.65 per 100,000 people, so then why the fuck do all Wikipedia articles say that ours is 4.5-5? Is this some Jewish trick to make us look violent?

As for the difference you note, you're not taking into account that there are literally 5 times as many Whites as there are Blacks in the United States. Also, Table 43A for 2012 (your picture) COUNTS ALL Hispanics/Mestizos/Mexicans/Latinos AS WHITE for the purposes of these statistics, drastically inflating the white crime rates, especially VIOLENT crime (murder, rape, robbery, assault) — If you had actually posted the CORRECT picture for year 2013, as you claimed you had, everyone would see that Hispanics/Mestizos/Mexicans/Latinos ("Hispanic or Latino" according to the FBI table) are in fact broken out for statistical purposes (see the above link for year 2013).
