We only went to East Timor to oversee transition to independence after Indonesian terrorists tried to prevent it after Indonesia (After their old President died), the UN and East Timor all asked for our help. We got nothing out of East Timor, we literally spent our resources defending another country because they asked for our help. Fucking hell this is how Americans must feel all the time.
