There have been many players in the game of thrones. Currently it's the kikes, what remains of the white elites, China, and Russia. No one holds a monopoly of power but I suppose that's each group's endgame ultimately, and some are more actively-seeking than others.
I won't get into shadow groups, said groups are those that control the current players.
