Not sure. I know they've had problems with some of their smaller stores because the way Wal-Mart works is that they push new merchandise to stores whether they need it or not. That's why most Wal-Marts have a collection of cargo containers nearby. They're packed with shit pushed to the store from the warehouse that they haven't been able to sell. For smaller stores without a huge parking lot to put cargo containers in, the backroom fills up quickly and the manager can't make the flow of new items stop.
