1. Go to https://www.instagram.com/p/BCbf0p3Ae9Q/ and download the offending photo
2. Open the photo in Office, I was able to right-click and select "Open in Office" but you could also copy/paste into Word, Powerpoint, whatever.
3. In Word, right-click then "Format picture" and find brightness and contrast. In the MS Office image editor (I didn't even know this existed) click the "Edit Picture" button
3. Increase brightness and contrast, 75% brightness and 100% contrast did it for me
