SCOTUS vacated a Massachusetts ruling upholding the states ban on stun-guns.
Unanimously declared it in violation of Heller v DC.
stated that
>The 2nd amendment protects the right to defensive arms despite certain arms not being in existence at the time of adoption.
Holy Crap!
Despite a 4-4 split Justices are actually sticking with precedent and doing their jobs.
This bodes very well for the conflicting AWB cases already appealed to SCOTUS.

Can't wait until someone uses the SC ruling on gay marriage as grounds for nationwide reciprocity on concealed carry permits.

This is actually huge. This ruling will keep gun-grabbers on the defensive for years. Thank god Obama's plans never came to fruition.

IL is facing a lawsuit right now, for blanket banning all other states CCLs
