SCOTUS vacated a Massachusetts ruling upholding the states ban on stun-guns.
Unanimously declared it in violation of Heller v DC.
stated that

Despite a 4-4 split Justices are actually sticking with precedent and doing their jobs.
This bodes very well for the conflicting AWB cases already appealed to SCOTUS.
