I believe in Libertarianism, but think that as a necessary part of a healthy economy infrastructure should be guaranteed by the government. Stuff like a national bank, highway system, power grid, water and sewer system. Only for the reason that a private company would have the right to restrict access to competition (think the net neutrality controversy) and that the government would be constitutionally bound to be impartial. (i.e. not allowed to restrict citizen or business access unless they're committing a federal offense)
Also, border controls and trade restrictions are a necessary part to keeping a state in general.
