>people still think Bernie can't pull this off

If you subtract superdelegates Bernie basically has more delegates than Hillary. No Democratic state is winner take all. So as much as I hate his supporters, he does still have a shot.

Especially if Clinton is indyted.
>>
>If you subtract superdelegates Bernie basically has more delegates than Hillary

confirmed retard
>>
>>69101593
It's incredibly obvious he can't pull this off. I want him to get the nomination though, it'll mean all the conservatives will come out in droves to vote Trump.

Seriously, no way they'll be cool with a socialist being elected.
>>
>indyted

lol. If this is not bait and you really are a Bernie supporter it was a nice... Uh... Attempt. But next time leave the thread creation to somebody else.
>>
Yeah, and if you like, take half of Hillary's delegates, right, and give them to Bernie, he definitely has a chance.

> If you subtract superdelegates Bernie basically has more delegates than Hillary.

why would i subtract superdelegates from pledged delegates you dumb shit? those are pledged to hillary on the first ballot.

i don't think you get the fucking hole you're in, so let me do the math for you:

1243 + 469 = 1712
975 + 29 = 1004

hillary is ahead by 700+ delegates
>>
>indyted

Why are liberals so much smarter than conservatives?
>>
>>69101593
>No Democratic state is winner take all
Technically, it can be if the state has a threshold and one fails to reach it.
Almost happened to Bernie in Mississippi.

they are funny when you meet one. one somehow wound up in my calculus class, first year of college. he would write equations down in paragraph form, meaning he would fill up a line and then wrap around to the next.

his questions were so stupid, the instructor (asian guy) says "are you in school of forestry?", and the guy said, "no, english lit".
>>
>>69101807
Between Hillary and Bernie I'd rather have Bernie.

He might be a cuck, he might be a socialist, but at least he isn't a wall street old boy. Hillary acts like the town bicycle where she doesn't stress the nomination because she knows she's got it in the bag. She's sucked off the right Jews, got all her cards in place, and basically has to wait for it on a silver platter. She'll do whatever she needs to appease her masters, who have congress in their pockets.

With Bernie there's at least the possibility of a deadlock since he is a wildcard. Hillary will "get things done".

As a foreigner Trump fan, I think it's better that Shillary wins the nomination.

Trump can easily destroy Shillary on debates and on the media and I trust he'll convert many democrats to his cause.

Bernie is a cuck, and Trump can attack his cuckoldry, but but because there are so many cuck voters, it won't be as effective. Bernie supporters are brainwashed fanatics that refuse logic and evidence.

superdelegates can vote for mickey mouse if they want to, but most of them are party insiders who want to continue being party insiders. they will only switch to bernie if it looks like he will win anyway.

What does that even mean, its like saying obama is muslim kenyan,so what? Whatever differences between the war criminal and the socialist ,they won't pass shit in congress, congress will treat them with equal contempt.from republican point of view a sanders president would be better because at least when they gridlock everything, they say no to a socialist, not a woman, there's not so many would call themselves socialists, plenty of women voters though

kek, she traded favors for these politicians, what makes you think that they're going to switch under any circumstances? Even if you get more pledged delegates, it won't matter. You can't beat Hilldawg. It was ordained from the beginning to look like you had a chance when you never had one.

If we disregard superdelegates for the sake of argument, there are about 2050 delegates left.
Bernie is about 300 behind.

So he has to win 300 + (2050-300)/2 delegates, to Hillary's (2050-300)/2.

That's 1175 v. 875 delegates.

Therefore, Bernie would have to win in every state that is yet to come with an average of about 60%. He has won a couple of states with as much as 75-80 % recently, but the one big state he did win (Michigan) was a squeaker, with only about 50%.

TL; DR: he can still win, if we pretend superdelegates aren't real. But even so, he has to give an unrealistically good showing in states like NY, PA, and CA.

Highly unlikely.

>if we pretend superdelegates aren't real.
How Can Superdelegates Be Real If The Democratic Nomination Isn't Real?
>>
>>69101836
There was a major flip of super delegates from Hillary to Obama the last time around.
>>
>think superdelegates will vote for sanders.
>not knowing why the democratic party has superdelegates.
>>
>>69104724
That already happened, the state was Michigan.

>>69101593
The thing is, Bernie doens't actually want the job. he wants to goto the convention with 45% of delegates so he can force Clinton to run on a socialist platform.

>>69105711
Let's go nuts, though: say that Bernie wins in every contest that's left with an unprecedented 65%, or even 70%
Case a): Bernie has about 2340 delegates - not nominated.
Case b) Bernie has 2439 delegates - nominated.

So assuming the superdelegates don't switch (they might, of course), he has to win with between 65 and 70% in all that remains.

I am not feeling the Bern.

There are no winner take all states in the Democratic primary. He has to win 73% of all remaining delegates to win.

Please give Bernie the nomination brainwashed Libtards. Trump will stump that walking corpse worse than Jeb. I would highly prefer a Bernke ticket than a Hillary one.

I dont believe trump can stump either desu

he can stump any gop you put in front of him but theres no way american in 2016 will vote for a man like trump when pitched against a democrat no matter how well he does in the debates. Itll be a close one but im pretty sure hillary will win the election

I think if the election isn't rigged, trump can stump both by a mile. His rallies are packed, and I don't think I've ever talked to anyone who supports Hillary in person. The problem with the democratic candidates is most of the supporters don't like the opposite candidate, meaning many democrats are voting for trump because of his outlandish views. If trump keeps it up he should be ahead in the polls by general election time.
>>
>>69109684
it really depends on who the democrats are ready to support, If bernie wins, its possible that many hillary voters accept his dem nom and vote for him in the final election. Not many bernie supporters like hillary though but they hate trump twice as much. Its gonna be interesting to see what democratic voters do. Trump has all the gop voters even those voting for cruz.
its all speculation though
