The evolution of human labor undoubtedly leads to the point where no one would ever work. We've been perfecting our techinques and machines so that we spend less resourses and labor to make the same amount of product, not more. Our entire history from economic perspective has been a challenge to figure out how not to work. Given enough time we will certainly reach this ideal, but until then it is just that - an ideal.
