Scale of crime is a poor indicator of criminality, since it depends so heavily on competence. You have to compare it to frequency to get the full picture, and what you see is whites occasionally committing major crimes, but more than making up for it by not committing crimes the rest of the time. Simply put, we don't tend to break the law. But when we do, it mirrors everything else we do by surpassing what almost any other race is capable of.
