Considering that the GDP of countries like Uganda is around $650 per capita (as opposed to America's $54,000 per capita), and most of the world looks like Uganda, not like the USA, I am pretty sure that everyone's lives in the first world would be greatly and irreparably damaged by allowing free migration.
