Uh, Cloning is usually done by taking an egg of the same species that you are cloning, removing it's haploid genome, then inserting the genome of the to be cloned organism.
Twins having a kid together though wouldn't yield a genetically identical offspring, at least in most cases. The kid would, though, have a high probability of having at least one pair of chromosomes identical due to the inherent randomness of the splitting of chromosomal pairs in parental gametes.

Every time your cells divide protective structures called telomeres shorten and other defenses against genetic damage weaken. This is literally a part of the process of aging, if your cells managed to replicate perfectly with no mutations you'd never grow old.
