The problem was that both Cruz and Rubio put out plenty of phone calls and gave speeches in the state. I didn't see anything for Trump.

I'm going to avoid the Cruz cheating thing even though I believe there is certainly some degree of cheating from him in the caucus states.
The reason that I think Cruz usually overperforms in the polling and Trump underperforms is that Trump campaigns like shit. He doesn't know how to play the political game in that regard.
Cruz is on the ground going door to door and running ads constantly while Trump just holds a couple rallies.
I really hope Trump campaigns HARD in Wisconsin this coming week and does more than 1 or 2 rallies.
