Nothing really, the support for both has probably remained static the whole time. It's just a matter of different polls having naturally different data as different people respond. The shifts in truth are probably less than 1% per "spike" other than now where Trump has indeed dropped consistently. For most of the polling season, Trump and Hillary have been technically tied until recently. It's not the polls they matter yet, the nominees haven't even been picked. I wouldn't worry unless Trump still isn't tied in August.
