Absolutely full of shit. I used to think that I ate reasonably and yet remained fat. Turns out I just didn't grasp just how many calories I was consuming. Since I started actually keeping a meticulous record of what I eat and have been visiting the gym on a regular basis, I have shed >30 lbs. I've still got about 30 lbs to go in order to get back to a normal weight, but I'm consistently making progress because I'm not lying to myself and am actually working to improve my condition after years of neglect.

When i see people like this i just feel sad for them. To get to this level you need to be straight up addicted.
