There are ready made, seq2seq, two/three layer RNN/LSTM (use hybrids for best results) implementations for torch7 and tensorflow. The examples for CNTK are fairly bare bones. CNTKs main appeal is performance, at least according to ms claims, its twice as fast than torch7, which is quite impressive.
