I have some black friends, a lot are easy to get along with, but society is more hindered by them than it is progressing. I live in a city when the population is booming, and although I'm white, I've had quite a few racist things yelled at me, but blacks are allowed to do that. They wander into the roads, walking at their own pace, really piss off drivers, harass people for money and food, shake doorknobs around neighborhoods to check what places are unlocked, and seem to have a hard time with the idea of a face to face conversation. When I say that, I mean they will hold entire conversations, yelling across the street at each other.
If you walk into a store, you know you're going to be waiting a while at the checkout lane if you see a black person in it. For various reasons, they hold lines up like none other. You'll also get irritated when you see the mass amount of junk food they are buying is payed with food stamps, only so they can then spend the extra money on cigarettes, lottery tickets, and booze immediately after, which is possibly welfare money (I'm trying not to assume anything).
They have a hard time understanding boundaries as well, they can't take a hint when you aren't interested in them, and they will try their hardest to contact you if they are. When I say all this, I am not referring to all blacks, some are genuinely nice and reserved, I'm just listing how their culture is different. The black friends I have don't even hang out with other blacks, the culture is a bit of a mess, and they don't care to be a part of it.
Granted, my black friends exclusively survive on government handouts. It's hit or miss. It's really about their income level. I live in a fairly low income to keep my rent extra low while I prepare to outright buy a 300k house out of pocket and they're pretty damn bad. They never text or call anyone when they show up to someone's house to pick them up despite being glued to their phones, and just wail on their car horns. They'll fight each other verbally and physically in the street. There's litter and clutter everywhere in their yards. The parents are pretty much absent and the children are little theives, but after I came outside with a barbed wire wrapped baseball bat mid-break in to my car, that's pretty much stopped in the neighbourhood all together. The kids now do my yardwork every two weeks for 20 dollars split between the 3 of them. They're just different than white people. They have a different way of speaking, a different sense of humor, and a different set of values than white people do.
Usually they're pretty funny, mainly it's because the delivery of their jokes is said in a different tone. Like it's much more stylized and exaggerated than when white people tell them. They're also much louder than white people, and more cliquey.

I'm typing this up really quickly because I'm going to lunch with my mom at 1:30pm.
As a social outlier on this board, I am one of the few Whites that have actually lived with Black people. My former long-term girlfriend's mother was akin to a whore, and had children with 3 different basketballs. I lived in a house with my white (racist) girlfriend, and 5-8 black people at a time. We lived in the upper South Carolina area, near a large town there. I isolated myself to my room at almost all times, and very rarely left. This is what it was like:
Firstly, there was no Internet. They had a plan, but rarely ever paid it. None of the niggers knew how to use a computer. I'm not making this shit up. The entirety of them shared an old laptop, and an old Android to play games like Words with Friends. Black people also fucking love Vine. I could constantly hear "Yagga!" and other Vine meme shit from outside my door.
Black people aren't necessarily poor. Where I live, a lot of people make low wages working manual or repetitive labor jobs. And many of them work all day. The main father worked approx. 3am - 7pm, and made a little over minimum. The reason niggers seem poor is because they spend the little money they have on ridiculous shit. I live in a mostly white enclave (just barely) of a mostly black part of my city. When I take the train downtown, it's mostly blacks on my car.
I haven't had any truly awful experiences. Some blacks ranting and raving occasionally , but that's about it.
A couple days ago, a bunch of white and brown (Hispanic) cops got on the train, and they and the blacks bantered playfully. It was kind of nice. One of the cops, a blond white guy, played the fool for laughs and everyone loved it..

Firstly, this may come as a huge surprise, but niggers don't talk about racism in their own homes. They say nigga and other shit, but amongst niggers, they don't talk about "racism". Most blacks will tell you the same thing. But as soon as they go into public, someone is "discriminating" against them.
Niggers will beat he fucking shit out of their kids. I remember many many times, waking up in the morning to screaming as the mother beat the fuck out of one of the basketball kids. One day the eldest black girl was in the same room with me alone, talking about Vine or something. The mother came in and noticed a "hicky" on her neck (she had a new black boyfriend), and proceeded to punch her directly in the fucking face right in front of me. I was in absolute awe. A white mother would never do something like that to her own daughter unless she was on hard drugs. She hit multiple times and I absolutely could not believe it. Violence of that level was not uncommon.
The mother constantly had vaginal diseases and used those as an excuse as to why she couldn't get a job or clean. Her only "chore" was cooking occasionally, and picking up kids from school. I'm not sure what the diseases were, there were a few. I remember something along the lines of "cystic fibrosis", but maybe I'm making that up in my mind. She very rarely moved, and complained constantly.
The whole family used foolish words and broken English. Examples: she be, he be, why I, she got a. The list goes on. They were extremely fond of the word "dookie".
They lost a good portion of their income to a pyramid scheme. A couple of times I calculated all of their expenses, and realized that they funneled at least $200-$500 a month to this pyramid scheme. I warned them and showed them many online testimonies advocating the scam.
They were unable to process difficult mental problems.
