The only ones out of those that won't work are the college plan and the youth job initiative.
The college plan will fail because hes just trowing more money onto a run away bubble. It will shield students from the pain a little, since the money is coming out of the public coffers instead of their pockets, but it isn't actually halting the runaway costs. It's just inflating the bubble more.
The youth job initiative because """disadvantaged""" means black and lack of nebulous 'advantages' isn't the reason they can't get jobs.

If you want an example of government healthcare, look at the VA. I've tried to deal with that shitshow and I decided to go private and pay out of pocket to get medical care instead of suffer through the VA bureaucracy alongside the chronic pain in my knee. Lo and behold private care fixed it where the two VA surgeries only made it worse.
The paper goes on to assume that stock market trading will decrease by 50% as a result of the tax.
