I noticed this in British media a long time ago, starting with Doctor Who. It started out with Rose having some ugly nigger boyfriend, and needless to say, I dropped it.
But then I watched misfits, extras, it crowd, and all these shows felt to make a point to hire shitskins and ugly people.
American media is not much better though now. TV is dominated by miscegenation and niggers here too. But the UK definitely was the first to make it common.
