As for Judas, there's no way to know for sure. Judas contributed heavily with salvation, without him Jesus wouldn't have died which means our sins wouldn't be forgiven (of course, without him God would have found a replacement, I am only saying that he had a purpose). Judas also showed extreme remorse after doing what he did, to the point of throwing the money away and suiciding, so you'd think he went to heaven.
The problem here is the suicide. Many people believe that those who suicide go to hell. Others believe that it depends on the causes. For example, those with depression (which is a disease) wouldn't be blamed for suiciding. The motive behind Judas' suicide is uncertain. He could have been possessed, drowning into remorse or really depressed.
In the end, God is fair and will judge him fairly. I like to believe he went to heaven.
