Tells me exactly how little you know of European political systems. The "refugees" and the natives are not treated under the same legal welfare systems, and in fact there's multiple for natives. It's not just walk into the office and say "gib moneys pls", as there's multiple variants of welfare, such as daily cash benefits (if you're so poor you can't even afford food, and it only covers a small amount of cash each day which gets you food), temporary unemployment benefits, disability benefits etc. and all of them require some form or another of legal documentation, in particular the last one. For both unemployment benefits and daily cash benefits, you need to provide the welfare institution with documents detailing your transaction each month, so they know you're not spending that money on bullshit.

Refugees have their own such system to cover "newly arrived refugees" and they do not have a right to the above ones as they're not citizens, but the problem is they typically sit on them forever.

Nah, European people don't like seeing guns in the streets. People protect themselves with pepper spray etc. instead. Many European countries already have legal guns, though, but they require licensing and this is fine.
