It's very condescending for liberals to purport to know what influences peoples' behavior. They do the same things with the blacks - come to conclusions about why they act the way they do.
In point of fact, no one knows what motivates radical Islam. Individual radicals made an individual choice, and there are probably nearly as many motivating factors as there are radicals.

As someone who lives in the UK and actually keeps track of these things, the records point to the fact that most muslims raised here and go on to join ISIS tend to be intelligent, educated, do well in schools and come from middle class families who failed to assimilate.
Same shit applies to muslims from Germany and France.
We educate them for free, give them benefits, free healthcare and then they go online, get more radicalised against the west than their own parents due to their minority victim complex, and then they get recruited online on facebook by ISIS.
