I've read that back during the Vietnam War only about 15-20% of fresh soldiers shot to kill, the rest aimed high. Modern training techniques yield much better shoot to kill percentages, but there seems to be a natural aversion to killing another human.
Maybe niggers hold the gun sideways because, deep down, they want to miss?

Fact: School shootings happened regularly at inner city schools at the US. The shootings have only become an issue because they now happen at white schools. The media only started taking notice when Columbine happened.

Your statistic is from WWII Europe, not Vietnam, and is about actually firing your rifle in the face of the enemy, but yes. By Korea it was up to roughly 50%, and by Vietnam it was nearly 90%. "On Killing" by David Grossman is a fascinating study on this topic if you're interested.
