I do realize that evolution is a nice theory that provides answers to many interesting questions. However, I'm not willing to believe in a worldview that is made up by someone else but me. Frankly, this is also the reason why I'm atheist.

I support the theory of evolution and don't argue against it. It's important to note there is the factual observation of "small" changes and there is the theory of long term changes rooted in abiogenesis. Long term changes, such as humans evolving from fish, is what is usually meant by the theory of evolution.

I fully believe in evolution but that pic is a shit argument, and I'm sure the point of it is to piss of creationists instead of giving them things to think about.
Saying "all this science stuff works, so why not this other thing?" is like saying "well the bible had animals in it and animals are real s why not believe the whole bible?".
If you want to teach someone, show them some evolutionary trees. Show how things branch out and can be traced back, teach them about random mutations, and how things with good mutations are more likely to reproduce. A lot of creationists just don't understand the basics of natural selection.
